Hi MMU, I've never had a RFE. My LUD changed from 3/28/07 to 6/10/08 yesterday (soft LUD). Yesterday, my wife's LUD also changed from 3/28/07 to 6/10/08, along with an RFE.

I just logged in on the CIS website to see my portfolio, and while the status is still "Case received and pending", my I-485 LUD has changed to 6/10/2008. That's today !!! Now I'm really excited and anxious to know what this soft LUD is all about.

Hi MMU, I'm not certain if my lawyer contacted them by phone or mail .... she said they use "back-door" contacts, and as such, she was reluctant to give me much additional info. Well, it's been over 2 weeks as of yesterday, and my LUD remains at 3/28/2007.
