Schedule A I-140 denied - rate of pay not mention on job posting
I'm very interested in knowing the ansawer for this. "Currently, she is working on an EAD. In case we are able to file an appeal or a motion to reopen, can she continue to work? Can she file for EAD renewal?" I searched through the past threads, but could not really find an answer. Thanks.- pbgc

Hello, I'm in US and have an H1-B. My wife filed for I-140 and I-485 in Schedule A category and started working after she got an EAD. Her attornrey just got the denial for I-140.
