Maximum time period one can stay out of the country after stamping ??
GC holder working for a US company out side USA I am currently working for a US company out side USA and would be away for about 7 months ( paid by the parent company in USA). Will I have a problem re-entering USA after 7 months. I also pay income tax every month etc.. Thanks in advance..
