L-1A stamping, with a charge of assault and battery which was dismissed
Hi, I came in US on H-1B visa and then transfered to L-1A visa. I was arrestted with a charge of assault and battery and the case was dismissed with "Court in Statisfaction". I don't have my L-1A visa stampped on my passport. I Plan to go to India to get married. I questions here is... -
