I filed my i485 petition on july 27 2007 to NSC. I submitted a counter cheque for the i485. Uscis sent it back on sep 20 2007 stating that they will not accept the counter cheque(this is a hand written cheque given by the bank ). My attorney submitted the application again with 2 cheques one...
