    Am I able to switch companies with EAD?

    My I-140 is pending right now, I'm basically waiting till that comes through and my I-485 has been pending for 180 days. The link I found above just worried because it states that you cannot changes jobs if filing I-485 under EB (which I am). Thanks!

    Employer refuses to give I-140 Receipt#.

    My employer also refuses to give out any details of the I-140. Could this be to ensure we don't try and use AC21 to switch companies once the I-485 has been filed and pending for 180 days (as we will not know if the I-140 has been processed)?
