it looks like always no use to call them
Similiar things happened to me and my wife is still waiting after almost five month since my approval. Got similiar response from them after calling. Our cases were filed in June 2000. Looks like we are almost in the same boat. Gook luck to both you and me.
will they transfer you to local INS for stamping?
In this two year old case, FP is already done and no any problem with it. Now just waiting for final approval notice. If we notice them the change of address before they approve it and before they send out the approval notice, will they transfer...
Any progress from you guys?
My wife\'s case is still pending, although it\'s two years old.
Hopefully it will be approved soon because they are now processing 07/01/2000 cases.
RD: 06/08/2000
ND: 06/24/2000
waiting for approval
half to three months in TSC
It\'s recommendated to renew three months before expiration. In fact you could go to local INS office to get a temp EAD card if you still do not get the card three month after the application.
Nowdays it is hard to say anything about TSC. But i think it would not...
Hi, guys:
If we move to another state which belongs to different Service Center and definitely have a different local office, will TSC assign the stamping location to the new one or still original one if I notified them about the change of address? Thanks in advance
RD/ND: 06/2000...
It is hard to get through recently
The last time I called them is last week and I tried several days and finally get though once after almost two hours holding and got no positive response from them. That\'s so terrible. AS I remembered, it was not so hard to get through two month back.
I...
Thanks god, it finally moves forward
Now I can push them a little bit because our RD/ND is June 2000. Next time when I call them, it is impossible for them to give me sucn an exucse that they are processing 03/2000 cases.
I think it is OK if it is for multi-entry.
Otherwise, why do they call it "multi-entry" instead of "one entry"?
But, to be honest, I have no direct experience on this. In fact, my wife is out of country on the same Multi-entry AP for the second time. I believe there would...
But finally I found it\'s bettet not to talk to them. I asked the status of my wife\'s 485 application but the lady told me they are still processing March 2000 cases and they have no idea when they will process this case.
I told her that we filed our 485 on June 2000, almost two years ago...
A week back I called TSC to ask about my wife\'s FP redo. Her FP was expired several months ago. (I already got my plastic card). The IIO told us that my wife was scheduled to take FP on Jan 30 but unfortunatelly we have not received any notice. It seemed like that it was lost somewhere. The...
what about this situation: change job after got GC
We have got a lot of discussion here. But I have another question, similiar but a little different:
What if your present employer would not care your leaving, or you could make them not concern about your leaving? That means the present...
Several approvals posted already, looking forward to seeing more
approvals during the next a couple of weeks. If so it\'d be the most wonderful news for all of us, as we\'d know TSC is not slowing its pace.
It doesnot look like INS are working on approvals of 485 although there had many good news at the first quarter of this year that INS approved a lot of cases just in one or two months after you took FP. But as you all noticed, just quite few approvals were posted here since sometime in March...
