K7N...I did not take the help of Congressmen.. Also ..when i called IIO during Sept 1st week they informed that the case has been assigned to officer...i called them after 3 weeks they said the case came back from officer as the FP got expired...and i need to wait for FP reschedule....

Second FP on 12/15/2001...Ahead of Schedule..actual date is 12/27/2001 I suggest you to call IIO and inquire whether they recvd your 2nd FP or not? I did the same first time (11/20) they said FPs are not yet received...I called them back again on 11/28 and this time the IIO updated the system...

Finally it is my turn to listen "This case has been Approved"....Both mine and my spouse\'s cases have been approved... Been on this tremendous, helpful bulletin board for 2 years... My details... Talked to IIO: 5 times.... PD:10/98 RD:10/99 ND:12/99 FP1:3/00 FP2:11/01...

Can u please gimme details of which number to call for FBI....? Please post u r experiance in calling FBI....

Hi All ! Please Post details if you have I-485 ND before Dec 31st 1999.... FP : 1st expired(6/01)..2nd given today (after calling IIO 4 times) EAD: 2nd one getting expired..applied for 3rd one... I485 ND: 12/99.

Ok...If you take with in 90 days after actual scheduled date....  

It is second FP.....!

What is RD on your EAD receipt ? When did you apply for EAD and when did you get the receipts ?

My FP got expired about 4 months ago and i have not receive any FP reschdule notices so far.. Has anyone tried FP redo at Local INS office with out reschdule notices...Please post your comments... Thx

No clue ! Caughtinbetween !  When i spoke to IIO a week back he said my case is still with officer but my Finger Prints are expired so i need to get new FP notice...I have no idea how long it will take ???? Thanks !
