I-865 Hi Hiram, Thanks for the reply. My I-130 was approved in October 2005 during the interview. Only my I-485 is pending. Do I still need to ask my wife to file an I-865? Also, where do I get an Infopass appointment? In Boston or Charlotte? Please let me know. Thanks.

So am I screwed? I didn't know about the I-865! I could ask my wife to submit it asap, but it's already been a year since we moved. Will that affect my application negatively?? I'm getting worried now.
