I have no idea why you want to do this... It is not going to save you taxes. Passport can be renewed anytime, i.g. if you lost it. You have an interesting idea, but I don't see benefits other than possible troublesome outcomes.

Sivaa, It was just simple and the same as the others. No 2nd inspection was taken. You will be fine. Relax and enjoy your trip! cheers!

I can't give you a clear answer, but one thing I know, based on my experience, is 'one year sentence' is the key. If it is less than 'one year sentence', you may be ok, but, if not, the outcome might be serious. Anyway, you may want to hire a lawyer for your case. cheers!
