I have seen several approvals for EB3 cases from Venezuela in TSC in last 3 weeks (http://www.trackitt.com/). Is there any limit per country? Or it is just simply because so many applicants filed from the particular country, and/or they share their info online ? :)

I wish I was kidding I'm not... Anyway, I asked my lawyer - she says they do it so noone is calling them. Simple answer is enough - Your case in not within processing dates. If you look closely to the info on trackitt.com, you may find out that TSC is approving cases after April 10th 2007...

I-485 employment based was mid may 2007. It means that the dates MOVED BACK to April. :confused: :)

I didn't I had the same thoughts last month, and decided to wait. I would ratehr stay with my old company for extra 2-3 months (have been working for them since 2003), than raise a red flag on my AOS application. good luck :)
