Visitor visa for sister, her family GC petition already filed
Hi, I've filed for my sister's GC on behalf of family visa. I applied in 2003, so it'll take about another 10yrs before it becomes current. Can she apply for a visitor visa and visit us for a few months ? Are there any problems in applying for the visitor visa ? Any gotchas we should be...- mwahal
