In one of the earlier discusions, I found that we do not need a visa for the baby born in India and travelling back with the parents first visit after the baby\'s birth. Do the custom officials at Bombay airport know about this? You know they can create a lot of problem due to their ignorance... -

In a situation where you do not know while leaving America that you will not be able to return within 6 months, is it possible to apply for a rentry permit in our own country with the USA consulate? Is there any website with info regarding this? -
