H1 B 6 years expiring. What are my options?
H1-B Expiring - When will I-140 PP be reinstated I have a unique situation. My 6 years of H1-B expired on 1st Sept 2007. I was outside the country for 6 months an that time was recaptured and my h1extended till feb 08. My labor was applied in July (Atlanta processing center) and still...- sumit_78
