same for me too SR response said that my application is still within processing time. No mention of name check, background check, etc. in SR.

my pd is dec 2002, 485 rd nov 2006 eb-2,i also had same my last lud in nov 2006 after that no activity.I did SR says you are within processing dates..wait till TSC processing dates become current? what does it mean? will it indicate my NC is clear? they did my son who is minor fp on march-07...

I filed my case on nov 13th 06. i don't see any approvals for oct/nov 06. you r correct texas moved back to aug 06 and november processing dates only become current last month only...now again i can't make any enquiry or anything...i think they never touched nov cases so far as there is no lud...

TSC Processing date fo I485 moved back to August 06...Last month it was Dec,2006..I don't know what is cooking but something is really strange.

Not much...HR neer to fill up form I-9 along with EVL..There is a list of steps if you want to file AC-21 on its own. let me know if you are intrested. It is a little risk but every comapny doesn't offer H1 transfer and who offers pay will be less..:mad: so no need to take risk...:confused:

GCSyndrome, Why you want to do H1 transfer? I know you must be knowing about AC21. I am also planning to change job using EAD as I am in same boat as you. PD 2002 and RD NOV 2006.
