Checks not encashed for I-485 filed on 07/12/2007
Me too in the same boat. my lawyer filed I-485 on 08/09/2007 in nebraska . Is it it too early . Do I need t owait for another 2 more weeks. What needs to be done and how to follow it up.- mkamba
