L1B Visa - I-94 Issue
Thanks for the reply. Last time I got stamped in Canada with my current petition which is valid till aug'2009. But that time I have been given visa till Jan2008 as I entered US first in Jan2003. Do you think I can get stamping with the same petition. I have total 320 vacation days in this...- magul

Hi My current L1 Visa expires in Jan 2008. I came back to US last week after a India trip.My current I-94 Expires on Aug-2009. I would like to go to India again in Feb 2008. My employer says they cant apply for L extension as I-94 does not expire in the next 6 months. I would like to...- magul
