Last Monday I received an email saying that my EAD card was sent to production. Today I received an email saying that an EAD approval notice was being mailed to me.
Does the approval notice contain the EAD card? If not, how soon should I expect the EAD card?
Thanks in advance!
EAD approved (filed July 27th @ NBC)
Received an email and LUD that my EAD card has been ordered! :)
My EAD was family-based and sent to the National Benefits Center in Chicago.
I was worried that my RFE for my I-485 would hold things up but I guess not.

That's great news. So I assume that since my I-130 was approved that my subsequent July I-485 filing can proceed immediately for processing and at some point approval?
Since I filed my I-130 in Phoenix, AZ but filed my I-485 through the National Benefits Center does that mean at some point my...

I am a Canadian married to a US citizen in 2002. We filed our I-130 11/25/2002 and it was approved...

Another issue is that even though the RFE was dated 9-04-2007 my lawyer did not...
FYI. If you are like me and check the online USCIS case status system every day checking for LUDs you may be surprised to hear that the system is not being updated on a regular basis. I have seen postings regarding erratic LUDs and I have physically received an REF for my I-485 dated September 4...
My lawyer received an RFE for initial evidence requesting my birth certificate. It is my understanding from reading the forums here that this not only means that the processing of both my I485 and EAD has stopped in the interim but also that for the EAD that 90 day clock will start all over...
FYI. I recently received my fingerprinting appointment at the Phoenix, AZ Application Support Center. Though they are closed on Mondays, they do accept walk-ins but only on Wednesdays and you need to bring your fingerprinting notice(and you should be there really really early so that you are...
