I recived them just then, it turns out the delay was because they issued the visa with a spelling mistake and had to reissue it all done now, New york city next week :)

if things go for the dv2009 like anything dv2008, you should have you interview in december the latest if not you should have it Feb, March it is a really really good number, congratulations :)

there is no time for me to do that, cant I just explain that the naming system is different in other countries and show them my mum's passport?

I cant get another birth certificate because I was born outside australia, I was thinking of taking my mum's passport with me to prove her name has anyone got any ideas what else to take with me to prove her name?
