Thanks Guys for your reply, I actually talked to my lawyer what she says is they may or may not repost, but they will send a invoice and ask to pay that amount within a shorter time, if its not paid on that duration the case will be cancelled. Thanks !!!!

I gave 4 checks for Green cards filing on July 2nd and applied on that same day. those checks came to my account 2 days back and returned without funds, will they repost it and if not what is the solution for this. Did some one have this experience please let me know. Can I call the NSC and ask...
