    RFE taking forever to be delivered

    Well...I did send the vaccines and TB test to the USCIS anyways...However, the unbelievable happened. USPS tried to deliver it and - shocking - there was nobody there to receive it...USPS will attempt another time and if there's nobody there, they'll send it back... Anybody had this problem...

    Ifishbein, did you ever receive a RFE from the USCIS? My wife's case states they sent one, but neither I nor my atty have recieved it...It's almost 90 days...My wife took the vaccines and I have the intention to send it myself anyway, explaining the case with receipb number...

    Mailing Problem?

    They sent a RFE on my wife's case on June 20th and neither I nor the lawyer have received it...WE call USCIS and they said they would send another copy. That was on August and so far, nothing! Service Center = Texas

    I got my GC aproved in June/07. However, my wife'case has a RFE that was sent on June 20th but never received by our lawyer. The lawyer has been contacting them to re-send it and I even got a letter they will do it, but it's still taking forever... I have several questions: 1. Any idea why...

    Wouldn't the receipt number be enough to track that?

    HI there: I got my green card, but my wife didn't because by the time we submitted the medical exams she was pregnant and could not have the vaccines. USCIS sent the RFE on 06/20/07 and until now my lawyer has not received it, even the second copy they asked has not yet been delivered...
