In my case the government counsel was very nice. She said "no" to appeal before the judge finished asking his question.:) In your case just call your lawyer and prepare the documents. The chance of winning an appeal at BIA is very small on both sides. So most likely you won the case.

Are you sure about this? Is there any INS publication that mentions this?

Hi! I got my green card from asylum and I have the passport from COP. Do I have to apply for Refuge Travel Document if I want to travel outside? The INS says so but I heard that many people can come back with just the GC and passport. Would someone explain this to me. Thanks!
