Not necessarily. When I called the 1800 number, I was told that my Backgraound Check is already complete yet I did not get any LUDs other than 2 after the FP and 2 after the address change. What I have learned from reading all the comments is that the CRIS website is not always most upto date.

I read in Immigration-Law.com that the adjucation of cases would be slowing down due to Audits at the beginning of the Fiscal Year, which started on the 1st of October. Also, with the Holidays fast approaching, we might not see much action until after the New Year.:eek:

The system is supposed to send out the email automatically as things gets updated. However, you are not alone in not receiving the emails on LUDs. I have had 4 LUDs on my I-485 and I am yet to receive any email from CRIS.

There has been only one update since the address change. I filled out the address change forms on 10/02 and the LUD took place on 10/03. I just checked and there is one more LUD today.

There was a LUD today but I think it is just from the address change that I filed yesterday. Wonder how long they will take for the adjucation of I485?

I don't think she gave you the right answer. A friend of mine went through similar experience with Name Check. His wife's (primary applicant) NC cleared and she did receive the GC while my friend's NC was still stuck for few more months. He, eventually got his GC too.

Finally a LUD Finally got a LUD on I-485 after the FP. Hope to see few more in near future...:rolleyes:

Did you get an LUD yet? I had FP done on Saturday and have not seen any LUDs yet on my case. In the past, I have seen some other people having the same issues in another thread. I don't know whether their problem was ever resolved.
