I applied 140 485 in apr 2003 . I got 2nd notice of fp but 140 still not approved and my online status have not been updated regarding Fp. Does anyone have idea about the situation and any ideas about 140,I mean do they verify 140 before sending fp or not? thanks.

hiln4 i filed my 485 (ConCurrent) on Apr 7- 2003 in Texas and got my FP notice from vermount service center. so did u get any info why you got ur FP from Vermount and not from Texas. and i live in virginia and my company is in Texas.If u have any info just let me know . Thanks Satya

Hi guys  I have completed my LC which was filed in 04/12/01 , but my company shifted my office and refiled my LC on 01/14/02 from there , so will my priority date shift or will it stay the old one can any one help . I am with the same company. thanks Satya
