    Filing fees for July

    Hi My application was returned on Aug 7 as it was filed before July 2 (I was not current in June but current in July). I will be resubmitting within a couple of days. Will the same fees apply or does the new fee structure take effect Thank you.

    Hi My 485 was incorrectly returned. The package reached USCIS Nebraska center on June 30. On Aug 7, I received the package from USCIS with a letter stating that it was returned because a visa number is not available. I fall in the category of being current as per the July priority date...
