Lets start a new discussion forum about Texas Nor-RIR cases. This type of cases are taking way too long. Once people started RIR option, I assume there should not be that many Nor-RIR cases other than who applied through 245 option. WE need to wake the TX DOL up.

TX DOL is running real slow. They processing Non RIR cases received in January 2000 and RIR cases November 2000. Some other DOL are running only 3/4 months behind. TX DOL needs to something to expedite their process. I greatly appreciate any information regarding this from any one.

TX DOL received my case in April, 2000. I do not know what is the status. It is the company Lawyer, I do not get to contact them directly. And they have not even give me any case number. Any body can give any direction how to get the status or what time frame TX DOL is working.
