Query on H1B Pettion Extension Date - Please help
Hi All, This is my case please help me understand the way out. I got my H1B in Oct 2004 and my VISA was stamped till Jan 2007. In Oct 2006 i applied for an extension thru my employer and got my I-94 extended . Now my new I-94 / pettion reads " Valid 24 Mar 2007 through April 2008" . I...- seahawks679
