h3 to h1 visa
Hi, I am on my OPT which expires in May'08. Even if i apply for h1 i cannot work on h1 visa before October 1st,'08. Can i go on a h3 visa for the period between May to Oct'08 when my h1 will start. is this a possible solution??? are there any other????- appsperhaps
