    Q 12 applies for applicants which DONT require labor certification which I dont think a majority of people here are not... right? Most applicants have gone through normal labor certification so that rule does not apply.

    I didnt see it mentioned clearly in the pdf file. Can you point out the part of the document which clearly states that I-140 needs to be filed before July 31.

    Priority Date - Now what

    Hello guys, Now since priority dates are all current again will the cases be handled first come first serve? OR will it be a lotto based sytem OR best case scenario ALL will be approved?
