helenyan, how can one I the case number? I thought one does not get the case number until the case has been transfrred to the federal DOL?

when did you get notice that your case had been transferred to Federal DOL office? My case is also 04/30. But my lawer said they hadn\'t herd anything from oregon and fedelral DOL yet.

funny funny thing. My company\'s headquater is in CA, but I work in OR. So my lawyer sent my case to OR. I guess it doesn\'t matter unless the processing time is very different. But CA is also stuck at 4/30\'s 245i cases.

why are 245i necessary RIR cases That was geat news!!! Companies that hire foreigners losing legal visa status tend to be smaller companies. Lacking continuing recruit efforts may block them from using RIR ... What do you think?

No Title I was told no plan in place about adding temp staff for 245(i). The good news is that they were going to process 4/30, which is the deadline for 245(i). Any of you got RIR case approved ar oregon sesa lately? Keep posting, guys. I could hardly find this discussion in the list.

as of today, OR SESA is still staying at 4/26 cases :) that is what I was told by the lawyer. It only moved up two days in the past month!!! Any of you heard about how OR SESA is dealing with RIR applications from companies having recent layoffs?

not too slow today? the sesa website says it is processing 4/27. Not too bad, one day advance per working day. Again, anyone has the knowledge of what they are going to do with companies that had layoffs recently? Will RIR be denied? Thanks for help!
