I spoke to a IO at TSC today through POJ method. The IO told that our background check is complete. Can we rely on this information? She also told that our fingerprints are about to expire and we would get a notice for new FP. Will this new FP trigger background check again?

Can someone please give me the number at which I can call TSC, to find out the status of my 485? I called National Customer Service, they told they cannot forward my call to TSC.
