Good luck, Pacha_card. Do you think the 07/02 cut off in visa numbers will apply to you and me? I am also confused about the order of the online status updates- isn't "card production ordered" supposed to be before "i-485 approved", or is that vice versa? You seem to have gotten the latter...

Similar situation In my case I did get a "card production ordered" email in early June (twice, within hours of each other), but no card and no approval or any other emails since then. Yesterday, I got another (3rd) FP notice. My last FP was in Feb 2006, and the first one was in Aug 2004...
