I have a EB3 case with a priority date of Jan 2005, I-140 approved, I-485 filed in summer of 2007, 2 EADs/APs approved.
Left the employer who initially filed I-140 after 180 days of filing I-485 (almost 2 years back). Started working with the new employer on EAD. Haven't formally filed any...
Thank you @Ginnu for your detailed response.
I'm on the same boat and haven't officially filed AC21 and it's been year and a half since I moved out from my sponsoring employer. Do you think it's a bit too late? Can you please point us on how to file this properly? Are there set...
Hi Rajiv -
Thanks for your excellent service.
I have a EB3 case with a priority date of Jan 2005, I-140 approved, I-485 filed in summer of 2007, 2 EADs/APs approved.
Left the employer who initially filed I-140 after 180 days of filing I-485 (almost 2 years back). Invoked AC-21 and...

Thanks.

Hi Friends -
It might just be a basic question but wanted to make sure my assumption is correct.
I invoked AC-21 couple years back and I'm using my EAD for work and changed employer. Our H1 and H4 got expired and we didn't renew it for the last couple of years. We've been renewing both...
Here is another one from New York Times and this one is more elaborate and exposes the pain a little bit.

Thank you NYT. Hope the other leading mainstream media follow the trend and helps the legals.
The nasty bait-and-switch (in)action by USCIS and DOS is getting some media attention. New York Times posted an Opinion article on the nastiness USCIS and DOS imposed on the Law-Abiding, Tax-Paying, Social Security Contributing, Economy Contributing, Talented, Legal immigrants.
