Receipt notices at NSC are taking way too long...My application received at NSC on Jun 4th, so far no receipts issued. The compliance date in their latest update was Jul 18th. So hopefully I will get it, but with the number of people filing in July, I dont see that you will get it very soon...

I sent it on May 31st and received by INS on Jun 4th (should be there on Jun 1st and Fedex delayed it). So far I haven't received any receipt from NSC. I called couple of times, but they are giving me generic answer of 90 days shit*. :(

Did everyone got their receipts? Why is no one responding? I just want to know what is the most recent receipt date.

I haven't got my receipt yet from NSC for my June i485 petition. For those few ones, who filed successfully in June at NSC, can we add receipt tracking information here... I485 petition Filed on Jun 4th at NSC No Receipt Yet.:confused:

Thanks for the very helpful information. one more question for you banta if you dont mind... She has a H1 starting october...can she use it for job or does she need to wait for her EAD? I was told you can't use H1B, once you show interest in Immigrant, we cannot use Non-Immigrant visa.

Thanks banta... I am trying to follow up with my attorney on the checks. I will try to call NSC for receipt notice. But you were saying, since I already filed it, she is fine...even though her H4 status is invalidated.

I am in same boat...I got approved...but my wife is technically on H4 before. I filed her application on Jun 4th and I got my approval on June 29th (although approval date in the card is Jun 4th). What will be her status? She didnt get her Receipt number yet? Did anyone filed on or...

For those who filed in NSC for June period, can you please update the tracker information. I filed my I485 application on June 4th at NSC, and so far haven't received any receipt notice. Is this the case for everybody? Can we track this information here please.
