Did you applied for 485 in July?
What to do ? I was all set to file but got emailed from my ATTY about the revised bulletin. My ATTY says I should still file because of the benifits (if any) possible with the lawsuit. I am not sure thats the route to go, simply because of the cost involved (pay filinf fees 2ce...- (un)HAPPYDG
