My PD is current. I just got a letter from NVC stating that I should forward DS230I as well as all civil documents (birth certificate, passport, police certificate, etc...) I thought they only asked for those to be prepared and submitted at the time of the consular interview. Any recent similar...

Not to antagonize you but... You will not get an interview until your PD is current. Pure and simple.

NVC mailed me a DS-3032 on 7/5/2007 WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT IF VISA NUMBERS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE? (EB-3) Will they reject my application if I send it? Any thoughts?:eek:
