    Yes I mean after the GC is issued. Extreme case would be a divorce, will the beneficiary able to keep the GC status :)?

    Once we get the greencard can spouses separetely enter and work in the US, I mean the beneficiary spouse going to the US without the petitioner spouse ? Any info? Thanks....
