yes....u can transfer actually u can transfer ur H1B WITHOUT PAYSTUBS ....u dont need to wait till oct 1st....my only concern though is find out if you will get a new I-94 or not.....if u get it's kool.....if u dont.....i think u need to go out of he country to get it stamped before u start...- venkata1806
