Who should be the correct one? I have info pass at local office they tolde me case is transfered to NSC and is pending for name check Then i called NSC they say case is still at local office PD 4/2003

My case was transfered from NSC to local office chicago,and was interviewed in 2005,caz of retro it was pending, i had info pass yesterday IO at local office told me that my case was transfered back to NSC ,and she told me my name check is pending,besides that she advise me to check with NSC...

Do they call for interview if name checks are completed? EB3 world PD 2003
