No Title Yes, if you are not pittsburgh or West Virgina resident, they won\'t let you apply EAD in Pittsburgh INS. My friend came here to apply and got rejected.

My mother is in USA now, her visa is B1/B2, multiple entry, we plan to visit Canada. I heard she needs not to turn in the I-94 when leaving USA, when coming back, just use the old I-94, USA custom will let her in without new visa. Is it true? Please advise if you have the same experience, thank you!

FP notice received yesterday, PD 6/8/98, RD 11/8/99, ND 11/12/99. My wife(dependent) got the FP notice, but NOT for me. Any friend has the same experience? Should I ask INS? Thanks!
