Jun 06 V Bulletin pending, July 07 Bulletin All Current, can I apply in June?
I am lil confused with the dates. When last month's Visa Bulletin was released, my PD was behinh by 11 months (my EB3 PD = May 2004). Now everything is current in July Bulletin. Today is June 15th. I-485 Apply - I797 (H1) expired & I-129 applied but pending
My H1 expired 2-3 months ago & my I-129 is still pending. Since EB3 category become current, I want to apply for my I-485 asap. The documents required for filing I-485 are all I-797 approvals so far.
