B1/B2 to H4 status change????
I applied change of status from B1/B2 to H4. My question is, can i stay in US even my B1/B2 I94 expires? I applied two and half months ago for change of status.My B1/B2 I94 will expires on 15th oct.- nkiran_b

can i change from B1/B2 to H4?
I am in usa with B1/B2 visa. My wife is working on H1B visa. Can i change from B1/B2 to H4 visa? Do i need to go out of usa to get H4 status if INS approves. Please any give me details about this situation. Thanks in adv. Appreciate for quick replys. Very urgent!!!!!!- nkiran_b
