Info All - Thanks for your messages. get_gc04 - My case is not a transfer case and it was with NSC all along. I changed jobs after 180 days of 485 filing but did not inform USCIS about the change.My last LUD was on 08/19/06. Hope this helps..

Infopass appmnt I went to Infopass appmnt and the lady informed me that my namecheck etc are completed ..She actually called NSC and enquired about my case as it is current now..She was informed that it is waiting to be assigned to an officer and so she asked me to check back later in 60 days...
