Hi Boss2k I think I missed something; I suggest you to go to infopass because you did not receive your physical GC yet and there are more than 30 days from your approval.....so they can give you the right status of your case. About the EAD; they took mine because I got my GC card. Why...

By the way; they take the EAD card as long as you received the physical GC.....that happend to me when I went to infopass; they asked me to show them my GC and told me to give them back my EAD card.

OhNoo Did you received the GC ??? I'm in the same page I have not received the GC for my kids; 11 years old and 8 years old; the oldest one took Biometrics however they have not required them for the youngest one. The approved was Jul 17-2007. thanks.

I suggest you to make an appointment at infopass as long as there is a USCIS office near where you live and check with an officer what is going on with your GC....to make an appointment go to : http://infopass.uscis.gov/ Or you can call to USCIS customer service : 1-800-375-5283 Good luck
