H1-B to Green Card
A little clarification is required here, Please Like I said in my original post, my H1-B just got approved and it's effective October 1, 2007. I however start work in August 2007 with OPT. What is the procedure? Do I have to contract an attorney or talk to my employer?- ogbonge
