What papers? I called the Congressman\'s office and she asked me for medical records and I\'m in the process of getting that done. I check with NVC and they donot pay heed to anything all they say is 4-6 weeks.

Difficult situation. My I140 was approved in Feb and priority date current in July. I opted Consular and INS lost my papers. I found that the papers were available in NVC only Dec 4th. I\'m pregnant and will be unable to travel after March 15th. Is there any hope?????

INS Delay I applied for Consular on 07/04 and only today(12/03) NVC entered it in the computer. Is there any chance for expediting the delay. I will be unable to travel after March and am trying hard to get through before that.
