H1B extension from India - recapture - I140 applied
Hi, I am in India right now and my H1B expires in Aug 2007. I can not return to USA before the expiration due to personal reasons. I am also left with about 370 days to reach H1B 6 years period, which can be used to recapture. Also, I will complete 1 year of stay outside of USA in Jul 2007...- budge75
