    PBEC Elimination in 4 months

    Hi All When ever I visit DOL site, I see that all backlog center apps will be eliminated by Sep 2007. Is this correct? How can we find if this is fact? My application is filed in Jan 2005, my application is in PA back log center. how can we get the progress of application.
