I was wondering what's the time-line difference between the fingerprint Check and name check? Does name check normally take longer than fingerprint? is there a way to find out about one's name check status? (as in when exactly nc can be cleared?) I know a lot people on this forum have written...

I'm just wondering what is rfe? how do you find out about it? also, i noticed some people had 2FP as code 1, and some had code 3? why do they do that? does it mean anything (aside from the additional photo and biometrics taken?)

The thing is that my security background was cleared and my PD had been within the posting dates online every since last year (sept 2006)...and nothing happened.. when VSC transferred my case, it said the reason was to "expediate" the process ... why wouldn't TSC finish working on the transfers...
