With few exceptions i find most of the cases approved are with I-485 RD in 2004. Lets track cases with with RD in 2003 (I'm afraid we are few in number) and possible reasons our files are not approved. I'm transferred from VSC --> TSC, is that a factor in my case not touched by TSC??
